Caffe' Paolina has been around since 2003 and started with Paolina moving from Calabria Italy to the USA. Back in Italy Paolina and Vincenzo have been working for 37+ years in the restaurant business. Paolina came from a large family of farm owners and grew up with cooking farm fresh ingredients. Vincenzo grew up in a town where fish was always caught fresh and served daily.
Today, we still believe in giving you the best. Because of this, we pride ourselves on having fresh, homemade food every day. We like to think of our food as Italian comfort food. You know, the kind your mom would have made (if she were Italian).
